This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement a channel sales strategy in the UK that prioritizes growth driven by partners.
• Utilize our current distribution and reseller network to enhance market penetration and identify new opportunities.
• Establish, oversee, and nurture valuable partner relationships that lead to a qualified sales pipeline and increased revenue.
• Create sales enablement resources for partners.
• Equip partners to effectively sell CybSafe through comprehensive training, collaborative selling, messaging support, and field engagement.
• Execute partner campaigns, events, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure precise forecasting and pipeline management within CRM and PRM systems.
• Conduct partner business reviews and maintain clear accountability towards achieving revenue objectives.
• Serve as the advocate for channel partners within the organization and help shape our channel program and strategy.
• Travel to engage with key partners, customers, and attend industry events as required.
• At least 3 years of experience in channel sales or partnership management, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• A track record of surpassing revenue goals and delivering tangible business results.
• A proactive hunter mentality with strong commercial insights, negotiation skills, and confidence in face-to-face engagements.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both partners and internal teams.
• A strategic thinker capable of transforming channel objectives into a structured and actionable plan.
• A methodical approach to engaging, onboarding, and empowering partners.
• Experience in setting channel KPIs and leveraging them to ensure predictable partner performance.
• Proficiency in developing and providing partner marketing, training, and enablement materials.
• A self-motivated attitude, ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools, along with a disciplined approach to forecasting and maintaining pipeline integrity.
