This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners within the designated territory.
• Provide sales support and training to partners to ensure their success.
• Oversee the performance of existing partners and create strategies to enhance their sales and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely to achieve shared goals.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to integrate direct sales and channel initiatives.
• Keep an eye on industry trends and stay informed about competitors and market conditions.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for channel partners.
• Implement channel partner programs, which may include training, marketing, and incentive schemes.
• Measure and report on channel partner performance using metrics such as sales and revenue.
• Identify and address conflicts and challenges that arise within the channel.
• Offer support and guidance to partners regarding product and solution offerings.
• Attend industry events and conferences to foster relationships and promote the company.
• 3-5 years of experience in channel management within the OT software domain.
• Proficient in customer relationship management software (Salesforce).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to partners and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Capacity to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the channel management sector.
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency, analysis, and overall performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Business-fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
