Channel Partner Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and recruit new channel partners, such as resellers, distributors, agents, integrators, and strategic partners.

• Evaluate potential partners based on strategic alignment, market reach, and revenue potential.

• Assist with partner onboarding, training, enablement, and alignment with go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with partners to generate, qualify, and advance sales opportunities.

• Support collaborative sales efforts and co-selling initiatives with internal sales teams.

• Monitor partner performance against established targets and aid in revenue forecasting.

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with partner stakeholders.

• Conduct business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities.

• Resolve partner-related issues and escalate internally when necessary.

• Act as the primary contact for designated channel partners.

• Educate partners on products, value propositions, pricing, and sales processes.

• Organize partner training sessions, certifications, and enablement initiatives.

• Assist partners with deal registration, pipeline development, and sales execution.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions alongside partners.

• Relay partner feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and processes.

• Maintain precise partner and opportunity data within CRM systems.

• Track partner activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

• Prepare regular reports on partner recruitment, engagement, and revenue contributions.

• Meet partner recruitment, pipeline, revenue, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and quarterly and annual target metrics.

• Demonstrated history of success in sales or business development.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capacity to build and nurture relationships.

• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-driven and target-oriented.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or partnerships.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.

• BA or BS in a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
