Channel Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Listing Management: Oversee the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings on various booking platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards by performing comprehensive reviews of all listings, guaranteeing consistency and excellence in every aspect.

• Internal Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the Channels team and other departments, promoting effective communication and coordination.

• Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to analyze listing and revenue performance, providing actionable insights to enhance results.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges, troubleshoot platform issues, and implement solutions to boost efficiency.

• Operational Excellence: Streamline team workflows, ensure timely task delivery, and contribute to quarterly goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in operations, listing management, or related roles within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the capacity to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.

• Problem Solving: A creative and proactive mindset for identifying and addressing issues.

• Organisational Skills: Strong time management capabilities to effectively juggle multiple tasks and projects.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Passion: A sincere enthusiasm for providing outstanding guest experiences and supporting host success.

• Fluent or business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Additionally, you will need:

• A quiet, dedicated workspace.

• A headset with a microphone and webcam.

• Stable high-speed internet with a backup, minimum 5 Mbps.

• A laptop or desktop with at least a quad-core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.
