This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of co-marketing initiatives in North America alongside ERP platforms, resellers, and implementation partners.
• Implement joint webinars, roadshows, partner onboarding campaigns, and co-branded activities to create a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Develop and maintain partner toolkits that include pitch decks, social media assets, email templates, and value proposition documents.
• Organize and manage the North America event calendar, covering sponsorships, booth design, lead capture, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate partner co-hosted webinars, overseeing all aspects from planning and speaker preparation to promotion, execution, and performance analysis.
• Create and deliver internal training for North America sales and channel representatives.
• Cultivate relationships with partner marketing representatives at key North American ERP platforms and VARs.
• Secure co-marketing agreements and execute mutually beneficial partner initiatives.
• Monitor and report on channel program and event performance relative to pipeline results.
• Suggest investment and cutback opportunities based on performance metrics.
• Share outcomes with North America sales leadership and the wider marketing team.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing in Australia as part of a distributed global marketing team.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B marketing within the SaaS or technology sectors, with substantial experience in partner, channel, or field marketing.
• Full ownership of events, including user groups and conferences across various states.
• Proficiency in event strategy, logistics, booth execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
• Experience managing co-marketing initiatives with technology partners, VARs, or implementation partners.
• Capacity to persuade partners to allocate resources for joint activities.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple programs and partners across different time zones.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft messaging and materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Capability to track influenced pipeline and provide reports on program ROI.
• Experience at a Series A to Series C SaaS company is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of the finance or accounting software sector is beneficial.
• A growth mindset, hands-on execution approach, adaptability, and a spirit suited for scale-up environments.
