📋 Description

• Drive demand generation and pipeline expansion through partner initiatives within the designated region.

• Gain insights into the regional channel landscape, partner business frameworks, customer demographics, purchasing behaviors, and market trends.

• Serve as the regional authority on the impact of partners in driving, generating, and closing demand.

• Provide partners with essential resources, including content, messaging, tools, campaign materials, and regional customer use-case information.

• Tailor and implement global partner campaigns for local activation.

• Encourage partner participation in marketing programs and monitor their engagement levels.

• Collaborate with Sales to strategize, implement, and enhance regional MDF investments.

• Work alongside regional sales leadership and field teams to achieve shared pipeline and revenue objectives.

• Synchronize channel marketing strategies with regional sales goals and growth ambitions.

• Engage in regional sales planning, quarterly business reviews, and regular meetings as the channel marketing lead.

• Manage regional partner communications, including newsletters, announcements, and campaign messages.

• Adapt global updates, launches, and programs into actionable regional strategies.

• Assist in organizing and executing regional partner events, distributor events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

• Plan, implement, and follow up on events in collaboration with sales and partners.

• Facilitate the regional execution of the partner program, encompassing enablement, launches, and partner engagement.

• Contribute to partner recruitment efforts and identify any regional partner coverage deficiencies.

• Emphasize the partner value proposition and program advantages through consistent messaging.

• Monitor channel marketing success against key performance indicators, including pipeline contribution, engagement rates, event ROI, and partner adoption metrics.

• Refine programs based on data analysis and feedback.

• Relay regional insights and best practices to global teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on channel or partner marketing.

• In-depth knowledge of partner ecosystems and market access routes, including VARs, integrators, MSPs, and distributors.

• Demonstrated success collaborating closely with field sales teams to achieve mutual revenue targets.

• Experience in supporting or facilitating regional events.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Highly organized and focused on execution.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
