This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the reliable daily point of contact for partner representatives at our key VARs, distributors, and integrators.

• Familiarize yourself with partner sellers and their SEs by name — understanding their coverage areas, customer bases, and how Scality integrates into their offerings.

• Engage consistently through in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, ride-alongs, post-event coffees, and casual check-ins.

• Establish and uphold a regular engagement rhythm with each priority partner.

• Organize and co-host on-site sessions at partner locations in collaboration with Scality SEs and AEs.

• Match the appropriate Scality AE/SE with the relevant partner contact for each opportunity, region, or use case.

• Form small working groups for high-priority partners to ensure structured involvement from SEs and AEs rather than ad-hoc participation.

• Monitor which partner representatives and SEs have been trained on specific Scality products.

• Organize partner enablement sessions (both technical and sales-focused) — handling logistics, scheduling, and content alignment.

• Gather partner feedback regarding product, competition, and enablement, and relay it to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in a customer- or partner-facing position at a B2B tech vendor (such as Scality) or a distributor.

• A genuine passion for building relationships.

• Strong organizational skills.

• A curiosity for technology.

• Excellent, friendly written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, comfortable collaborating across various functional teams.

• Capability to make an immediate contribution.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

• Based on the US East Coast, ideally near a major partner hub (DC metro, NYC, Boston, or similar).
