This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new resellers, VARs, and system integrators throughout the USA and Canada.
• Develop a focused prospecting strategy targeting healthcare IT, radiology, and medical imaging sectors.
• Enhance RamSoft's visibility at regional industry events and through proactive outreach efforts.
• Oversee the complete partner onboarding process, including agreements, training, and go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with existing North American channel partners to drive revenue growth and renewals.
• Conduct regular business reviews and pipeline calls with designated partners.
• Collaborate with technical enablement to ensure partners are trained and certified on PowerServer and OmegaAI.
• Assist partners throughout the sales cycle, including coordinating demos, providing pricing guidance, and supporting proposals.
• Appropriately escalate partner issues and serve as an internal advocate for their needs.
• Maintain precise and current partner pipeline records in HubSpot CRM.
• Deliver regular channel performance updates and partner activity reports to the Director of Indirect Channel Sales.
• Monitor partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR against established targets.
• 4–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales within the medical imaging or radiology IT sectors (PACS, RIS, VNA, or diagnostic imaging software).
• Proven ability to recruit new partners as well as manage existing partner relationships effectively.
• Strong commercial insight — comfortable with subscription licensing models, ARR deal structuring, and partner economics.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with a clinical or technical imaging audience.
• Self-motivated and capable of functioning in a remote, globally distributed team environment.
• Direct experience with PACS, RIS, VNA, or AI diagnostic imaging platforms in a sales or channel role (preferred).
• Established connections within the US or Canadian radiology or imaging IT community (preferred).
• Familiarity with subscription and renewal-based partner economics, including ARR and MRR (preferred).
• Proficiency in French (an asset for Canadian market outreach) (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare IT channels will be considered when imaging IT experience is lacking (preferred).
• Flexibility to work remotely — from anywhere in the USA or Canada.
