
Channel Business Development Executive – PEO Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and nurture relationships with designated national and regional PEO organizations and client-facing teams.
• Provide education to PEO partners regarding BenefitHub’s employee engagement, perks, voluntary benefits, and purchasing platform features.
• Conduct presentations, training sessions, pipeline reviews, and collaborative account-planning meetings for PEO partners.
• Represent BenefitHub at PEO partner meetings, industry events, conferences, and client presentations.
• Take ownership of targets for acquiring new clients, adding eligible employees, creating pipelines, and generating revenue through the PEO channel.
• Lead opportunities sourced from PEOs from the qualification stage through proposal, negotiation, and final contract signing.
• Coordinate demonstrations, pricing discussions, and responses to RFI/RFPs with internal subject-matter experts.
• Keep the pipeline, forecasts, and closing plans current and accurate in the CRM system.
• Achieve at least 15% year-over-year revenue growth across the assigned portfolio of existing PEO-sourced clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management on opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and platform expansion.
• Build strong relationships with PEO partners and employer stakeholders, participating in Executive Business Reviews when growth opportunities arise.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, PEO sales, enterprise sales, or strategic account expansion.
• Proven track record of generating business through PEOs, HR outsourcing partners, channel partners, or similar referral networks.
• Experience managing a comprehensive sales pipeline and consistently achieving new business and growth objectives.
• Background in selling employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, employee engagement, voluntary benefits, or related B2B solutions.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Comfortable working with PEO partners, employer decision-makers, and senior internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
• Existing connections within national, regional, or local PEO organizations are advantageous (nice to have).
• Experience selling to HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, or Procurement leaders is a plus (nice to have).
• A history of driving both new client acquisition and expansion growth within the same book of business is preferred (nice to have).
• Familiarity with employee perks, voluntary benefits, loyalty programs, or workplace engagement platforms is beneficial (nice to have).
