This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture relationships with designated national and regional broker firms as well as individual producers.
• Provide education to brokers regarding BenefitHub's offerings in employee engagement, perks, voluntary benefits, and purchasing platform functionalities.
• Conduct broker presentations, training sessions, pipeline assessments, and collaborative account-planning meetings.
• Represent BenefitHub at broker meetings, industry conferences, events, and client presentations.
• Take ownership of targets related to acquiring new clients, adding eligible employees, creating pipelines, and generating broker-channel revenue.
• Manage broker-sourced opportunities from the qualification stage through to proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Coordinate demonstrations, pricing conversations, and RFI/RFP submissions in collaboration with internal experts.
• Ensure the maintenance of an up-to-date and accurate pipeline, forecasts, and closing strategies in the CRM system.
• Achieve a minimum of 15% year-over-year revenue growth in the assigned portfolio of existing broker-sourced clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams on cross-selling, upselling, and platform expansion opportunities.
• Develop relationships with broker and employer stakeholders and participate in Executive Business Reviews when growth opportunities are present.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, broker sales, enterprise sales, or strategic account growth.
• Proven success in generating business through insurance brokers, benefits consultants, channel partners, or similar referral networks.
• Experience in managing a complete sales pipeline and consistently achieving new business and growth objectives.
• Background in selling employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, employee engagement, voluntary benefits, or other related B2B solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Comfort in interacting with broker producers, employer decision-makers, and senior internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
• Existing connections within national or regional employee benefits brokerage firms (preferred).
• Experience in selling to HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, or Procurement leaders (preferred).
• Proven track record of driving both new-logo acquisition and expansion growth within the same book of business (preferred).
• Familiarity with employee perks, voluntary benefits, loyalty, or workplace engagement platforms (preferred).
• Must be eligible to work without H-1B sponsorship, as BenefitHub does not currently provide H-1B sponsorship.
