Channel and Distributor Manager – ACRO 1, 4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise distributor operations and guarantee effective channel coverage.

• Implement and lead initiatives aimed at category growth to achieve customer success through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• Adapt the national strategy to assist the distributor in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure the fundamentals are met, including stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment.

• Execute the distributor turnaround strategy in partnership with the Channels team.

• Maintain the profitability of the distributor within the designated area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally has experience in account management, distributor or key accounts, or has previously been employed at Unilever.

• Skilled in basic Microsoft applications.

• Strong operational capabilities.

• Possesses analytical thinking, a passion for high performance, and a proactive approach.

• Able to drive and operate in a field-based role within the Greater Manila Area.
