This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential SLED-focused channel partners, including VARs, distributors, and MSPs.
• Develop and implement a channel strategy specifically for SLED that aligns with NinjaOne's revenue objectives and market approach.
• Create and operationalize a SLED channel sales process in close cooperation with NinjaOne Account Executives to achieve quota goals.
• Communicate the value of NinjaOne's Partner Program and provide engaging product demonstrations to key stakeholders within the SLED sector.
• Manage your regional territory plan, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
• 3–5 years of experience collaborating with SLED channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), distributors, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement procedures, contract vehicles, and compliance standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you take the initiative to identify and qualify opportunities without needing direction.
• Demonstrated ability to create SLED-specific partner and territory business plans, formulate go-to-market strategies, and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience with AWS partnerships is an advantage.
