This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with customers to serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that enhance end-user satisfaction, promote Huntress solution adoption, and ensure exceptional service quality.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with multiple stakeholders within designated customer organizations.
• Play a key role in achieving team objectives related to retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Create innovative methods to engage with customers.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales roles, ideally with a focus on mid-market and smaller clients.
• Extensive experience in SaaS, preferably within the cyber-security sector.
• Proficient in HubSpot or other comparable CRM platforms.
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with both customers and partners.
• Strong inclination towards action and the ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
