This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with customers to become a trusted advisor, providing solutions that enhance end-user satisfaction, promote Huntress solution adoption, and ensure exceptional quality service.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with various contacts within assigned customer organizations.
• Contribute to team objectives regarding retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
• Innovate and develop engaging methods to connect with customers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer or partner success, account management, or partner/direct sales, ideally focused on mid-market and smaller clients.
• Strong background in SaaS, preferably within the cyber-security sector.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
• A genuine passion for collaborating with both customers and partners.
• A strong inclination towards action and the capability to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively.
