This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee a select group of Owl Labs’ key channel partners.
• Recognize obstacles to partner productivity and engagement, and create actionable remediation strategies.
• Provide in-person sales and technical training to ensure partner readiness.
• Assist partner sales teams in executing their roles with credibility and integrity.
• Formulate, implement, and drive collaborative quarterly business plans and reviews.
• Secure executive support across partner organizations.
• Coordinate and expedite partner-driven pipeline generation while offering insights into pipeline health.
• Actively identify stalled opportunities, gaps in execution, and potential business risks.
• Demonstrated expertise in channel sales, partner account management, or indirect sales.
• Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Québécois is a plus.
• Capacity to engage senior partner stakeholders and influence executive-level decision-makers.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing joint business plans with measurable results.
• Strong business insight with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and contemporary tools, including AI.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset.
• A collaborative communication style with a trusted-advisor approach, free of ego.
• Experience in UC, collaboration hardware, AV, or SaaS is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required to foster partner relationships (20-30%).
