This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, identify, and cultivate significant relationships with current and potential federal partners — including 3PAOs, advisory firms, and public-sector systems integrators.
• Lead and manage the partner review process for primary, transactional, and minor-tier federal partners.
• Assist in the partner review/QBR process with Strategic and Key federal partners.
• Facilitate and promote partner marketing campaigns that align with A-LIGN's federal service offerings.
• Monitor and project lead metrics while correlating them to revenue generation across the federal partner portfolio.
• Provide updates on business performance and program progress to leadership.
• Create new procedures and formats to meet business needs and enhance productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another relevant discipline.
• Energetic, dynamic sales professional with a minimum of 5–7 years' experience in Channel Sales and solution selling, particularly within federal or public-sector markets.
• Established relationships and contacts within the federal compliance and cybersecurity sectors — including 3PAOs, federal advisory firms, and public-sector systems integrators.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to evaluate impact.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and O365 (preferred).
