This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Capability to identify prospects and generate opportunities within designated accounts
• Oversee and enhance the overall experience of customer accounts
• Exhibit understanding of the client's business to effectively address their needs
• Recognize solutions that fulfill customer requirements and spearhead the efforts to promote those solutions
• Establish and nurture relationships with key executives and decision makers
• Comprehend and navigate the customer’s purchasing process
• Achieve or surpass C&E's defined financial quotas and objectives
• Negotiate and finalize sales opportunities
• Manage opportunities and transactions to ensure the long-term stability and sustainability of the business portfolio
• Show proficiency in C&E's methodologies and processes while contributing your own expertise in the following areas: Account Planning, Opportunity Planning, Forecasting, Lead-to-Quote, Performance Management, and Need-Based Sales Methodology
• Maintain an updated pipeline in Salesforce.com
• Keep end-user contacts current in our database
• Experience in the AV/IT channel, particularly with resellers and integrators
• Proficient in both French and English, in spoken and written forms
• Background in a matrix selling environment, collaborating with technical presales and services
• Significant experience in demonstrating products/solutions within the AV industry
• In-depth understanding of customer, channel, and partner needs, along with the ability to articulate how a product/solution should be integrated to address their challenges
• Strong prospecting abilities utilizing various techniques, including cold calling, social selling, email outreach, and partner channels
• Familiarity with regional/local customers, dealers, system integrators, and end users is essential
