This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify and generate opportunities within designated accounts
• Oversee and enhance the overall experience of customer accounts
• Exhibit understanding of the customer's business to effectively address their needs
• Recognize solutions that meet customer requirements and spearhead efforts to sell those solutions
• Establish and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers
• Comprehend and navigate the customer's purchasing process
• Achieve or surpass C&E's established financial quotas and objectives
• Negotiate and finalize sales opportunities
• Manage opportunities and transactions to ensure the long-term viability and sustainability of the business portfolio
• Show expertise in C&E's methodologies and procedures
• Background in the AV/IT sector, including resellers and integrators
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in a matrix selling environment, collaborating with technical presales and services
• Significant experience in demonstrating products/solutions in the AV sector
• Thorough understanding of customer/channel/partner needs and the ability to persuade them on how a product/solution can be integrated to resolve their issues
• Strong prospecting abilities utilizing various techniques such as cold calling, social selling, email outreach, and partner channels
• Familiarity with regional (local) customers, dealers, system integrators, and end users is essential
