• Accountable for the creation, development, and management of a joint business plan with designated strategic partner(s).
• Identify key initiatives and targeted sellers involved.
• Formulate marketing and technological strategies to bolster initiatives in the field.
• Assist in and oversee the execution of field plan activities.
• Deliver monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports to strategic partners and channel stakeholders.
• Evaluate business plan engagement levels, sales funnels, and sales concerning targeted sellers for each joint initiative during quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Continuously seek opportunities for enhancing the business plan, implement changes as necessary, and monitor performance, repeating as needed.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) with assigned strategic partner(s).
• Assess overall sales and revenue performance against strategic partner target(s).
• Review current business plan initiatives, targeted sellers, activities, and performance metrics (for both sellers and channel managers).
• Add value by proactively suggesting ideas to enhance performance, drive profitable revenue, and simplify business operations (contests, reporting/visibility, solutions, process modifications, etc.).
• Identify, communicate, and collaboratively develop plans to address sales and revenue trends with strategic partner(s) as needed.
• Breakdown of sales/revenue includes examples such as: seller participation, product, contract term, new logo attainment, and large deal quantity.
• Formulate national/regional market coverage strategies and initiatives.
• Propel recruitment initiatives where necessary for underdeveloped markets.
• Create onboarding programs and strategies.
• Work with strategic sellers alongside the channel manager on the general onboarding process.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and distribute a welcome package that includes items such as a personal letter, giveaways, and strategic product materials.
• A disciplined and proven customer-centric sales process.
• Demonstrated channel sales experience with a history of outstanding achievement.
• Familiarity with a complex sales environment, managing large, high-visibility, and demanding customer accounts.
