This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Acquire, sustain, and enhance relationships with designated Strategic National and key regional resellers.
• Spearhead ongoing collaborative business planning and execution, along with quarterly business reviews featuring clear strategies and metrics.
• Perform on-site and remote training for partners to elevate their skills, competency, and commitment.
• Facilitate product and service demonstrations for partners and end users.
• Assess, create, and monitor best practices for investment initiatives, enablement sessions, incentive programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate across channels, operations, sales, support, and product specialists to ensure business alignment.
• Formulate and promote the adoption of go-to-market strategies for Neat and its strategic partners.
• Build relationships with executives and key partner contacts.
• Increase awareness and utilization of partner program resources, initiatives, and tools.
• Combine strong business acumen with emotional intelligence to enhance both personal and peer performance.
• Extensive experience in channel management with both regional and national partners.
• Proficiency in CRM/PRM and partner-focused toolsets.
• Proven ability to function effectively in a rapidly scaling and dynamic environment.
• Strong executive presence complemented by public speaking experience.
• Established capability in fostering executive relationship building.
• Robust and consistent history of exceeding sales objectives.
• BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
