This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Acquire, sustain, and enhance relationships with designated Strategic National and key regional resellers.
• Oversee ongoing collaborative business planning and execution, along with quarterly business reviews featuring well-defined strategies and metrics.
• Provide both on-site and remote training for partners to elevate their skills, competency, and commitment.
• Facilitate product and service demonstrations for partners and end users.
• Analyze, formulate, and monitor best practices for investment programs, enablement sessions, incentive initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate across functions such as channels, operations, sales, support, and product specialists to enhance business alignment.
• Create and promote the adoption of go-to-market strategies for Neat and its strategic partners.
• Cultivate relationships with executives and key contacts at partner organizations.
• Enhance awareness and usage of partner program resources, initiatives, and tools.
• Balance robust business acumen with emotional intelligence to elevate both your performance and that of your colleagues.
• Extensive experience in channel management with both regional and national partners.
• Proficient in CRM/PRM systems and partner-centric tools.
• Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong executive presence complemented by public speaking experience.
• Demonstrated capability in building executive-level relationships.
• Consistent and strong track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
