This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with designated Strategic National and key regional resellers.
• Spearhead continuous joint business planning and execution, along with quarterly business reviews featuring clear strategies and metrics.
• Conduct both on-site and remote training sessions for partners to enhance their skills, competency, and commitment.
• Facilitate product and service demonstrations for partners and end users.
• Analyze, create, and monitor best practices related to investment programs, enablement sessions, incentive programs, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate across channels, operations, sales, support, and product specialists to foster business alignment.
• Develop and promote the adoption and engagement of go-to-market programs for Neat and its strategic partners.
• Build relationships with executives and key contacts within partner organizations.
• Increase awareness and utilization of partner program resources, offerings, and tools.
• Combine strong business acumen with emotional intelligence to enhance both personal and team performance.
• Extensive experience in channel management with national and regional partners.
• Proficiency in CRM/PRM systems and partner-focused toolsets.
• Proven ability to function effectively in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
• Strong executive presence accompanied by public speaking experience.
• Proven track record in building executive-level relationships.
• Consistent history of exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
