This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Ability to transform mid-market opportunities into sales for March Networks by collaborating with channel partners and engaging directly with end users.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects for March Networks alongside channel partners.
• Establish and manage relationships with both new and existing systems integrators, VARs, and strategic partners.
• Propel channel sales by fostering relationships and promoting solutions with sales teams from channel partners. Initiate and implement joint marketing initiatives to generate new sales opportunities.
• Achieve and sustain mind share among sales representatives at channel partners, ensuring March Networks is recognized as a preferred product line for their customers and prospects.
• Support channel partner representatives in the positioning and sales of March Networks products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Develop and enhance partner service opportunities.
• Advocate for the interests and value of channel partners within the organization.
• Establish both short-term and long-term sales strategies.
• Inform prospects and customers about current sales promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and customers to assist in preparing sales forecasts, conducting market analysis, and evaluating competitor activity.
• Submit reports regarding sales activities, potential sales opportunities, and market trends.
• Provide precise rolling project forecasts extending 360 days into the future.
• Offer constructive and quantitative insights to aid in the maintenance of product manuals.
• Provide feedback to business development managers and product management on competitor pricing, market trends, and technological innovations in the industry.
• Participate in and assist with trade shows, conventions, customer events, and industry-wide activities as necessary.
• Collaborate and work with all sales, customer service, technical, and management personnel.
• Continuously evaluate the ROI of all sales activities within the assigned region.
• University degree.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience or background in networks, client/server knowledge, and/or CCTV/video surveillance work.
• Documented success in channel sales within the territory.
• Previous experience effectively working from a home office.
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational capabilities.
• Established record in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong comprehension of commercial transactions and the sales business.
• Experience in selling and providing solutions to a diverse array of business and technical clients.
• Strong written communication, project management, and technical skills are essential.
• Proven abilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team and project-oriented activities.
• Openness to new ideas and methodologies.
• Excellent planning and time management capabilities.
• Strong understanding and appreciation for a diverse work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to act independently based on information and make decisions that yield optimal results.
