This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned channel and act as the primary liaison for clients, taking ownership of targeted prospect accounts to bolster field initiatives and remain aligned with client sales and training strategies in each supported channel.
• Function as the main point of contact for client sales and marketing teams by fostering trust-based relationships, coordinating programs, and executing action plans that support product training and retail sell-through on behalf of the Client.
• Facilitate collaboration between the Client and Channel, along with all supported field teams, to ensure that content, training, tools, promotions, and merchandising are optimized for field team use.
• Manage client channel team relationships concerning national channel initiatives.
• Propel all promotional and merchandising activities by Channel on behalf of the client in partnership with field teams.
• Strive to maintain a high level of validation for team insight reporting, which includes explaining both qualitative and quantitative trends.
• Uphold high standards for team resources, which include but are not limited to field directives, carrier profiles, carrier scorecards, new hire training processes/courses, ongoing sales training refresh courses, and tools for product and sales proficiency.
• Enhance strategic, analytical, and tactical development for the client in designated regional areas/territories.
• Address and resolve daily requests from the client.
• Oversee and cultivate the overall product strategy with the Client in retail channels, including how to effectively position the product for maximum sell-in/through, highlighting the product's features and benefits to end-use consumers, and developing customer use case scenarios for retail sales associates’ comprehension.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and promotional calendars for Motorola and carriers.
• Create and manage project management tools for program initiatives, including but not limited to client trackers and risk assessment planning.
• Design and implement incentive programs to enhance program and field KPIs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of previous experience working with carrier locations.
• At least 3 years of training experience in selling technical devices or products.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in wireless service and device sales.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies, data devices, and data solutions.
