This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture new Registered and Certified System Integrators (SI) in Taiwan.
• Develop partnerships across various maturity stages: New partners (onboarding and enablement), Registered partners (pipeline development), Certified partners (scaling and execution).
• Implement structured partner development strategies that encompass: Sales capability, Solution positioning, Project execution alignment.
• Proactively manage assigned partners to: Build and sustain a qualified pipeline, Provide weekly updates on opportunities.
• Conduct regular pipeline assessments and enforce execution discipline.
• Collaborate directly with customers alongside SI partners, including: Engineering teams, Operations teams, Decision makers.
• Drive account growth by identifying new use cases and opportunities.
• Support and lead opportunities through: Requirement clarification, Solution positioning, Stakeholder alignment, Deal closure.
• Advocate for AVEVA solutions, including: AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, AVEVA Historian / PI System.
• 5–10 years of experience in Industrial automation / SCADA / OT sales and Channel sales or development of the SI ecosystem.
• Proven track record of working with or managing system integrators (SI) by engaging directly with end users and driving or supporting project-based sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of SCADA / industrial automation environments (conceptual level sufficient).
• Experience with enterprise sales methodologies, such as Pipeline management and deal progression, Competitive positioning, and the ability to guide partners with structure and discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
