This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned partner accounts.
• Design and implement partner enablement and training strategies for essential partners throughout the designated territory.
• Oversee the collaboration of company personnel, including support, services, and management resources, to fulfill partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Assume complete responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the sales cycle and keeping updated records in Salesforce.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Facilitate joint partner planning initiatives that define shared performance objectives and critical milestones in partnership with distribution resources (sales, support, etc.).
• Excel in a high-volume low-end and mid-market sales atmosphere.
• Manage potential channel conflicts by nurturing effective communication both internally and externally, while adhering to Portnox’s channel program guidelines.
• Promote the adoption and sales of new technologies within the assigned territory.
• Actively recruit and onboard new qualifying partners.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EMEA channel sales and territory management within the networking or cybersecurity industries.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business and marketing strategies with partners.
• Familiarity with the distribution channel model.
• Established network of existing partner relationships across Europe, with the ability to discuss in detail past partner engagement, development strategies, and channel achievements.
• Strong background in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and successfully closing deals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
