This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key channel partners.
• Collaborate and coordinate with AEM's field-based Business Development Managers to enhance pipeline through channel efforts.
• Work alongside Market Leaders and Sales Leadership to formulate a strategic plan for each market, then present and secure approval from the respective partner(s).
• Join forces with the Market Leader and BDM to guarantee partner engagement across all targeted channels and industries; pinpoint coverage gaps that may require increased partner involvement to meet AEM’s strategic goals.
• Partner with collaborators to uncover joint business opportunities and encourage pipeline expansion.
• Equip partners with the essential training, resources, and support needed to effectively position and sell AEM’s solutions.
• Co-develop go-to-market strategies and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives with channel partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners, addressing their requirements and cultivating long-lasting relationships.
• Monitor and assess partner performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and business objectives.
• Foster partner engagement by participating in industry events, partner meetings, and training sessions.
• 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or account management within a mixed environment of SaaS, enterprise software, and hardware.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing channel revenue targets.
• Strong grasp of channel sales strategies with the capability to align partner objectives with company goals.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities with a team-oriented approach.
• Proficient with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for managing the pipeline and forecasting.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
• This position offers remote work flexibility from anywhere in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, or South Asia.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in their country without company sponsorship, currently or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
