• Establish and enhance the company's reputation as the global leader in Security Operations.
• Oversee reseller partnerships in accordance with Arctic Wolf channel program guidelines.
• Lead new business development initiatives with designated channel partners.
• Inspire, inform, and train partners on Arctic Wolf's offerings, services, and market strategies.
• Meet sales, revenue, and partner recruitment goals.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Channel Account Manager (CAM) or relevant experience as a Channel Development Manager (CDM).
• Documented track record of success.
• At least 3 years of experience in channel sales and territory management within the infrastructure, networking, or security industries.
• Proven experience in creating business and marketing plans in collaboration with partners.
• Familiarity with the distribution channel model.
• Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and a strong drive to close deals.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
