This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• We are looking for a seasoned Channel Account Executive to enhance our ACE partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, enabling, and onboarding both regional and national partners.
• As the main point of contact for partners, this position will develop strategic business plans, facilitate sales and technical enablement, and ensure partner success with Versa’s solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Versa's authorized channel partners and the Versa Sales Team to formulate a go-to-market strategy and implement business plans aimed at achieving sales targets for each Versa channel partner.
• Assess market trends and competitor activities, and create tailored sales plans with each Versa channel partner to boost brand awareness and enhance revenue outcomes.
• Accountable for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential strategic Versa channel partners within the assigned East territory, ensuring alignment with Versa’s sales strategy.
• Work closely with and support three Field Sales Account Executives and Sales Leadership to pinpoint and accelerate new business opportunities within each territory.
• Analyze the sales performance of Versa partners and propose strategies for improvement.
• Provide up-to-date information regarding new products, training sessions, and events to Versa channel partners.
• Educate partners on Versa’s products, sales tools, and competitive positioning to enhance their operational effectiveness.
• A minimum of 10 years of Channel Sales experience in high-tech sales is required.
• The ideal candidate should be located in “Ile de France”.
• A driven hunter with a strong network of existing partner relationships is essential.
• Experience and established relationships with Regional and National Partners are mandatory.
• A solid understanding of Networking, Security, Cloud, and SaaS solutions along with technology trends is necessary.
• Familiarity with SASE, SSE, and SD-WAN is an advantage.
• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; the ability to effectively present and influence key stakeholders is required.
• Capability to quickly learn new technologies is essential.
• Experience in forming focused, collaborative, results-driven teams with partners is needed.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding channel development sales targets is required.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth through channel partners is essential.
