This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish and nurture relationships across all levels of the partner organization to enhance revenue growth and profitability for the Sophos product and services portfolio.
• Create and implement business plans that identify, develop, and finalize additional opportunities to achieve exceptional growth for both the partner and Sophos.
• Equip partners to maximize the benefits of Sophos’ extensive solution and service offerings to bolster their customers' security protection and response capabilities.
• Provide direct support to partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals, engaging broader sales and sales engineering teams as necessary to gather insights and ensure precise business forecasting.
• Take ownership of and manage the regular joint business review and planning process between partners and Sophos decision-makers, including clearly defined KPIs and SMART goals with agreed-upon outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners to formulate marketing strategies that drive incremental sales pipeline while ensuring a high return on investment from initiatives such as lead generation campaigns and events.
• Coordinate the engagement of Sophos personnel, including product management, sales, sales engineering, marketing, support, service, and management resources, to achieve partner performance objectives and meet partner expectations.
• Foster high renewal rates by ensuring partners prioritize their renewals and create an engagement plan that aligns Sophos and partner teams, while identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Inspire, train, and prepare partner sales and technical personnel to be market-ready, providing access to certification and training resources, and developing an enablement strategy.
• Over 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Channel Sales with a focus on managing a specific territory (ideally North).
• Substantial experience collaborating with partners and distributors in the IT Security sector.
• Proven experience in coordinating and selling security solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent tools.
• Previous experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong background in partner presentations and enablement initiatives.
