This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Serve as Sophos’ on-site representative to assist all partners in achieving their booking quotas and meeting business and product objectives within the designated territory.
• Handle all daily inquiries from channel partners in the assigned region.
• Drive the channel planning process for the territory, including defining capacity, recruitment, and enablement needs for all partner categories.
• Identify and onboard top-tier partners as specified in the channel planning strategy.
• Facilitate the onboarding and enablement of leading partners to ensure their success in marketing all Sophos solutions.
• Communicate with and follow up with top partners to keep them informed of necessary training and certification requirements.
• Engage in joint business planning with the leading partners in the territory.
• Collaborate with the distribution manager and distributors to implement the channel strategy effectively.
• Align Sophos resources to support activities undertaken by distribution partners.
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with key contacts at top partners, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure their satisfaction.
• Relevant post-secondary education.
• Extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners within a technology setting.
• Proven track record in developing territory and business plans.
• Understanding of security and general software channel ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting tools.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in local language and fluent English language skills.
