This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Cultivate relationships at various levels within the partner organization to enhance revenue growth.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the partner's business operations.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to convert detailed data analysis into actionable strategic insights.
• Empower partners to maximize the benefits of Sophos’ solutions and services portfolio.
• Provide direct support to partners in qualifying and closing intricate customer deals.
• Oversee and manage the regular joint business review and planning process.
• Collaborate with partners to create effective marketing plans.
• Coordinate the engagement of Sophos personnel to achieve partner performance goals.
• Promote high renewal rates by ensuring partners prioritize renewals.
• Inspire and train Partner sales and technical teams.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management in Southern Europe.
• Proven experience in developing business plans and service offerings in collaboration with MSPs.
• Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms and integrating commercial models.
• Strategic and long-term thinking capabilities.
• Ability to create and implement a joint Partner business plan.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing expectations in a team-oriented, quota-driven role.
• Established record of building and maintaining key C-level/executive relationships.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed territory partner sales quotas.
• Engages easily with others, employing effective questioning and active listening techniques.
• Facilitates strong business partnerships.
• Understanding of the target market and its dynamics.
