This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners and sales and marketing leadership to identify the operational requirements of the program in the region.
• Establish direction by prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet objectives and contribute to the regional strategy.
• Develop business plans and outline performance objectives, conducting regular reviews of partner accounts.
• Focus on measuring program success and achieving improvement targets.
• Communicate relevant information from product management and offering transformation teams to the channel partner community in a standardized manner across EMEA.
• Partner with field sales teams to recognize trends and requirements in the regions concerning channel partners.
• Maintain adaptability to assume additional responsibilities as the channel partner spokesperson when necessary to support regional events, webinars, round tables, or one-on-one meetings.
• Over 5 years of experience in the security industry with Video Management Systems and Access Control, or a background in the IT industry with cloud propositions.
• Experience managing accounts up to the Director level.
• Comprehensive understanding of the project cycle from end-user through consultancy, design, delivery via the integrator channel, and subsequent support, client engagement, and overall customer experience.
• Strong skills in Account Management.
• Proficiency in partnership development and project management.
• Exceptional presentation skills with experience in client demonstrations.
• Demonstrated sales achievements and a solid track record in technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Must possess a valid passport and driver’s license.
• Proficient in English to a business standard.
