Change Release Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational modifications and releases for all active service components.

• Organize and manage resources and activities while ensuring version control is upheld.

• Uphold quality standards and reduce operational risks.

• Track Release and Change Management KPIs and guarantee that targets are achieved.

• Collaborate with DevSecOps Engineers and technical teams on deployments, automation enhancements, and release optimization.

• Work alongside project and operational teams for the implementation of system changes and releases.

• Support the establishment of model setups and the transition of projects and new services into daily operations.

• Engage with suppliers, contractors, and third parties to ensure timely execution and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Monitor release and operational change processes throughout the entire release and change lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, and Knowledge Management.

• Proficiency in IT service management tools as specified or agreed by the CA.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.

• Excellent coordination and analytical abilities.

• Capable of effective communication and collaboration in a multicultural, multi-vendor operational setting.

• Skilled in managing multiple high-priority or competing tasks while adapting to evolving requirements, schedules, and priorities.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or IT service management and delivery.

• Experience working within ITIL-aligned frameworks and established change and release management processes.

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher (or equivalent).

• Agile or DevOps certification (preferred).

• Project management certification (preferred).
