This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and execute thorough change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to pinpoint risks, readiness levels, and adoption requirements.
• Formulate and implement communication strategies that effectively convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives.
• Collaborate with project and program managers to incorporate change management activities into project plans.
• Create and provide training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to facilitate adoption.
• Recognize, evaluate, and manage resistance by collaborating with leaders and teams to address concerns.
• Set success metrics and monitor the adoption, engagement, and sustainability of change initiatives.
• Offer guidance and support to leaders and people managers to reinforce desired behaviors.
• Ensure consistent application of change management methodologies across various initiatives.
• Prepare updates and presentations for executives regarding change progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project/program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading change for complex initiatives (e.g., technology implementations, process improvements, mergers, or transformations).
• In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
