Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversees the change management initiatives for large-scale client projects, steering both the client and the project towards effective communication and successful adoption of technology and processes.

• Consistently applies certified change management practices to achieve exceptional program and project outcomes.

• Collaborates with various project workstreams, both internal and external, to ensure that change management is integrated throughout each project until completion.

• Manages the development of change management documentation and tracking tools, including change management plans, communication strategies, and training outlines.

• Fosters awareness of change within the client organization and reinforces this change through diverse methodologies as part of a standardized change management strategy.

• Prepares and takes ownership of all manuals, communications, and training materials pertinent to the future state program.

• Provides training and mentorship to new and/or junior team members.

• Commits to improving project methodologies by identifying and implementing process enhancement strategies across the team.

• Facilitates change through multiple channels, encouraging innovative solutions via technology or automation where feasible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Four to six (4-6) years of experience in the HR industry.

• Four to six (4-6) years of experience in Change Management.

• Possession of a Change Management certification, preferably ADKAR, Prosci, CCMP, MSI, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio.

• Intermediate understanding of VMS technologies, MSPs, and the overall Procurement/HR/Tech landscape.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
