• Initiate the planning process for Change (Get Started Phase)
• Collaborate with the sponsor to guide the change assessment
• Spearhead the formulation of the change strategy
• Recognize the implications of change
• Manage Change (Align Phase)
• Collaborate with project management teams to synchronize the change management plan with the program/project plan
• Oversee the creation of the initial stakeholder assessment
• Confirm stakeholder analysis with business leaders
• Continuously update and refine stakeholder assessment throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop a sponsorship plan alongside the change sponsor and assist with sponsor activities
• Facilitate the crafting of the change narrative with the change sponsor and project team
• Direct the development of the communication strategy for the project
• Identify risks and resistance while providing coaching to business leaders
• Manage Change (Develop Phase)
• Create a communication plan
• Supervise the implementation of the communication plan, including updates and ensuring project awareness. Assist in crafting communications as necessary.
• Design and ensure the execution of stakeholder management activities and the change plan
• Provide coaching to business leaders, sponsors, and project leaders regarding effective change management practices
• Collaborate with the training lead to conduct audience analysis if training is necessary
• Define and assist in administering change readiness assessments (user readiness/user support)
• Work with the business sponsor to devise deployment strategies
• Identify readiness risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Reinforce Change – (Transition Phase & Sustain Phase)
• Collaborate with business leaders to formulate a reinforcement plan
• Implement corrective measures and celebrate achievements
• Attend project team meetings (daily/weekly)
• Participate in stakeholder, steering committee, and sponsor meetings
• Provide weekly status updates to the project team
• Present in team meetings, leadership meetings, and town halls
• 3-5 years of focused change management experience
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner is mandatory
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient presentation skills
• Strong facilitation abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Capacity to engage with all organizational levels – from SVP to associate
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
