Change Management Manager – Financial Services, Facilities Construction Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of change management strategies, plans, and initiatives across various workstreams.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders to foster alignment and achieve change objectives.

• Execute stakeholder assessments, change impact evaluations, organizational readiness assessments, and adoption strategies.

• Leverage insights and best practices from the retail and corporate banking construction industries.

• Create strategies for communication, engagement, and business readiness.

• Identify risks and opportunities associated with change, along with mitigation strategies in coordination with leadership teams.

• Design and present change management materials, presentations, workshops, and activities aimed at stakeholder engagement.

• Track metrics related to adoption, readiness, and benefit realization.

• Assist in enhancing business processes and transformation efforts.

• Lead workshops, focus groups, training sessions, and meetings with stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with communications, training, project management, and business teams.

• Maintain plans for stakeholder management, communication, and change roadmaps.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing, operational readiness, and transition processes.

• Oversee multiple change initiatives in conjunction with project timelines and business priorities.

• Generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and updates on change performance.

• Encourage knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and ongoing improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, program management, or related areas.

• Familiarity with construction project management programs.

• Experience in financial services client facility construction is preferred.

• Proven track record of supporting large-scale transformations, technology implementations, or business process improvement initiatives.

• Skilled in conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning.

• Proficient in creating executive communications, training materials, and engagement strategies.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Prosci Change Management Certification, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Ability to comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.
