This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to gain insights into business objectives and change management requirements.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutual growth and success.
• Oversee the development and customization of change management plans, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
• Offer insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding potential new change management solutions and opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for change management practices.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to support change management efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to change management.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for clients throughout the change management lifecycle.
• Employ a structured methodology and lead communication activities related to change management.
• Assess the impact of changes.
• Conduct change management assessments.
• Formulate change management strategies.
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Recognize and manage anticipated resistance.
• Consult with and coach project teams, manage stakeholders, and track and report issues.
• Develop actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
• Create a communication plan and support communication initiatives.
• Engage and support senior leaders, as well as coach managers and supervisors.
• Aid in organizational design and the definition of roles and responsibilities.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
• Define and measure success metrics while monitoring change progress.
• Secure buy-in from sponsors, stakeholders, and department heads by employing holistic, collaborative change models; utilizing adult learning methodologies, best practices, and standard operational procedures while implementing change in four phases: preparation, design, execution, and sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• A comprehensive understanding of how people navigate change and the change process, along with experience using the Prosci ADKAR® model.
• Certification in Change Management by Prosci.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing change management initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of change management principles and business processes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with change management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills with the ability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences while maintaining strong relationships and motivating others towards a common vision or goal.
