• Strategically plan and implement structured change management initiatives within large-scale transformation projects.
• Foster the adoption of new operational methodologies, ensuring that changes are effectively integrated and maintained.
• Collaborate closely with senior change leaders, program teams, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate the rollout of new digital services through thorough change impact assessments, training needs evaluations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate innovative working methods in response to changing data, technological, and compliance demands.
• Assist organizations in embracing agile and product-centered working practices through the establishment of new governance frameworks, team methodologies, and capability enhancement.
• Strategically plan and synchronize change initiatives with program milestones, release schedules, and deployment phases.
• Implement knowledge transfer strategies, structured knowledge management, and transition into Managed Services.
• Create and oversee change networks to promote adoption and facilitate two-way communication.
• Define and monitor change and adoption metrics to demonstrate preparedness and sustained integration.
• Connect change results to quantifiable benefits, such as increased efficiency, productivity, and improved operational methods.
• Evaluate business processes to uncover efficiencies and support benefit realization.
• Proven experience in driving business change within large, multi-faceted transformation programs.
• Capability to work efficiently across various workstreams.
• Skill in planning and aligning change initiatives with program milestones, release timelines, and deployment waves.
• Experience in conducting formal Change Impact Assessments across processes, roles, skills, and operational practices.
• Proficient in translating Change Impact Assessment findings into actionable change strategies.
• Background in Training Needs Analysis and focused stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in maintaining integrated change plans that align with program delivery.
• Competence in planning and executing knowledge transfer, structured knowledge management, and transition into Managed Services.
• Ability to perform stakeholder analysis, identifying impacts, readiness levels, and key risks.
• Proven experience in implementing targeted stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Experience in creating and managing change networks, including change champions and super users.
• Ability to define and monitor change and adoption metrics.
• Experience in linking change results to measurable benefits.
• Proven ability to assess business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefit realization.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented mindset in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Experience in producing high-quality change artifacts, such as impact assessments, change plans, and adoption reports.
• Certification in a recognized change management framework, such as ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, or Lean Change Management.
• Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Miro, and Lucid.
• Desirable: experience in establishing or working within change networks.
• Desirable: involvement in knowledge transfer and transition into Managed Services or BAU support functions.
