Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to evaluate change readiness, organizational impact, and adoption risks.

• Create and implement change management strategies that are in line with business initiatives and transformation objectives.

• Offer subject matter expertise across essential change domains, such as: Stakeholder identification and engagement, Communication planning and message alignment, Change adoption and reinforcement strategies, and Resistance identification and management.

• Work alongside instructional designers to ensure that learning solutions are integrated with broader change initiatives.

• Assist in the creation of change enablement resources, including: Change communication strategies, Manager toolkits, and leader enablement materials, as well as Adoption and sustainment plans.

• Lead workshops, stakeholder alignment meetings, and leadership sessions as required.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to change adoption, behavior modification, and engagement levels.

• Use feedback and performance data to enhance change and learning solutions continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles.

• Practical experience in leading or supporting enterprise-level or large-scale change initiatives.

• Strong familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

• Proven experience collaborating across functions with business, HR, and L&D leaders.

• Ability to thrive in client-facing, project-driven environments.

• Prosci or a similar change management certification is preferred.

• Experience in supporting large-scale technology, process, or organizational transformations is preferred.

• Background in consulting, advisory, or professional services is preferred.
