Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and implement pioneering Change Management programs tailored to meet the organizational needs of customers.

• Partner with Project Sponsors, Executives, Functional Leads, and Change Leads to assess the organizational readiness for change.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive Change Strategy and Plans across the program.

• Foster adoption and ensure customer success for Workday HCM and Financial implementations.

• Produce communications and training materials.

• Oversee extensive communication and training initiatives.

• Identify and actively pursue internal projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in change management or ERP system implementation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Charismatic presence in virtual environments.

• Capability to acquire knowledge of new systems, conduct testing, and troubleshoot to comprehend system architecture.

• Proficiency in establishing relationships across diverse functional teams.

• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.

• Openness to travel up to 20%, depending on local requirements.
