This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist or take the lead in Change Management initiatives within an HR transformation project.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and Change-Impact assessments.
• Create and implement communication and training strategies.
• Promote user adoption and ensure effective system deployment.
• Aid in HR system rollout activities and organizational change initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with project management, business units, and stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of experience in Change Management or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with large HR IT systems such as SAP (e.g. SuccessFactors), Oracle (e.g. HCM/Fusion), Workday, or comparable HR platforms.
• Background in HCM or HR system implementations within enterprise settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities in client-facing roles.
• Proficient German skills (mandatory) and good English proficiency.
• Engaging international HR transformation project.
