This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct monthly one-on-one financial strategy sessions with clients.

• Evaluate financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, and cash flow.

• Create and analyze financial dashboards.

• Develop short-term cash flow projections and identify potential risks.

• Translate financial data into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Mentor clients to cultivate better financial habits and accountability.

• Provide advisory services to a portfolio of 40 solo law firm owner clients as part of a Fractional Executive Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a controller or in a senior accounting/finance position.

• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, KPIs, and dashboard development.

• Proven track record of enhancing profitability, cash flow, or managing expenses.

• Experience in team management or client relationship management.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts.

• Preference for candidates with small business or entrepreneurial experience.

• Experience in professional services or law firms is an advantage.

• Candidates must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WV.

• Availability for some evenings and willingness to travel is required.
