Certinia Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement Certinia solutions that meet specified requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Offer functional consultancy regarding product capabilities and optimal business processes.

• Configure, implement, and provide support for Certinia and related solutions.

• Create essential deliverables, including functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

• Conduct client training sessions and offer support after implementation.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to solutions and environment.

• Manage risks and challenges within designated workstreams.

• Update stakeholders on progress, impacts, and resolutions.

• Participate in project planning and estimation efforts.

• Ensure alignment of delivery with Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards.

• Stay mindful of the commercial implications in all decisions and activities.

• Mentor and assist junior consultants.

• Share expertise and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery practices.

• Keep current with product and industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering Certinia solutions.

• Certifications in Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud.

• Salesforce Administrator certification required.

• Proven experience working directly with clients in a consulting capacity.

• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.

• Degree in business, finance, IT, or equivalent experience is preferred.
