This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist with inquiries related to medications.
• Support activities associated with prescription processing.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
• Aid patients and healthcare professionals in navigating pharmacy and medication requirements.
• Navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Resolve customer issues and provide support for major brands.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Possession of an active TX Pharmacy Technician/Trainee License.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary.
• Capability to efficiently navigate through multiple applications at once.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• A wired Ethernet connection with a minimum of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speed is mandatory.
• Wireless connections are not allowed.
• DSL, cable, or fiber optic broadband internet service is required.
• Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are prohibited.
• Must provide your own headset.
• At least 6 months of experience in a remote call center environment is preferred.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy, call center, or member services is preferred.
• Knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations is preferred.
