Certified Medical Assistant – Remote Care Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Regularly engage with patients and monitor their adherence to care plans.

• Observe patients' device readings and investigate any out-of-bounds values.

• Maintain comprehensive records of patient interactions and program specifics.

• Stay updated on regulations and compliance standards pertaining to CCM/RPM services.

• Ensure that patient enrollments adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Monitor and evaluate care performance against established goals.

• Provide support to patients across various medical practices, workflows, teams, and populations.

• Transition between practices based on operational requirements while ensuring consistent quality of care.

• Develop and oversee patients' care plans, accompanying them throughout their healthcare journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• National Certification in Medical Assisting is required.

• Must reside in the US.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Empathetic with the capability to connect with patients and their families.

• Basic understanding of chronic health conditions and their management.

• Highly adaptable and comfortable working across diverse medical practices and teams.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey information clearly and naturally to colleagues.

• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working within a float pool environment.

• Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• National certification in Medical Assisting from AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, or a similar body is mandatory; single-state certifications, diplomas, or completion certificates are not acceptable.

• Must attach Medical Assistant certificate.

• Availability for Monday to Friday work schedule.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language is a plus.
