Certified Medical Assistant – Medicare Wellness Screenings, Bilingual Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visit questionnaires via phone with patients.

• Initiate outbound calls to arrange and perform screenings.

• Accurately record patient information in EMR systems (NextGen, etc.).

• Identify qualifying patients and assist with their scheduling.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and clinic staff.

• Ensure all documentation is complete, precise, and compliant.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance goals.

• Manage a high volume of calls while ensuring efficient call durations.

• Consistently fulfill productivity benchmarks of roughly 1.1 screenings per hour.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is mandatory.

• Prior experience in a phone-based or call center role is highly preferred.

• Outstanding communication and patient engagement abilities.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented setting.

• Highly reliable with strong time management and accountability skills.

• Proficient with technology, including EMRs and Microsoft Office.

• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• Fully engaged and available during designated hours.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish is an advantage.
