Certified Medical Assistant, Bilingual Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone-based Annual Wellness Visit questionnaires with patients.

• Initiate outbound calls to arrange and finalize screenings.

• Accurately record patient information in EMR systems (NextGen, etc.).

• Identify eligible patients and aid in the scheduling process.

• Maintain professional and clear communication with both patients and clinic staff.

• Ensure that all documentation is thorough, precise, and compliant.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (mandatory).

• Prior experience in phone-based roles or call center environments is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and patient engagement abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented setting.

• Highly reliable with strong time management skills and accountability.

• Proficient in technology with experience in using EMRs and Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage.
