Certification Field Supervisor – Contractor Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Mentor and assist first-year educators during their pivotal inaugural year in the classroom—right in your own locality.

• Offer guidance and support through structured evaluations utilizing the T-TESS framework.

• Manage your workload - collaborate with as many or as few candidates as you prefer, depending on your availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree is REQUIRED.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching or administrative experience.

• Valid teaching certification in the state of Texas.

• Proven track record of enhancing student outcomes.

• Current TTESS appraiser certification.

• If you do not possess this certification, you must be prepared to complete a full-day T-TESS observation/coaching plus training for Field Supervisors.
